TeamViewer is used throughout the organization for remote connectivity. It's a very convenient remote administration software that can resolve various different technical support issues, keeping our customers happy. It also provides mobile device support making it an ideal platform for resolving issues. It is extremely convenient to upgrade when a new version is released.
- TeamViewer has got both remote access as well as online meeting features without the need for two separate products.
- TeamViewer is platform independent, supporting all desktop and mobile platforms.

- Security features are difficult to configure.

TeamViewer also has a free version that can be used for non-commercial personal use that makes it easily accessible. TeamViewer is competitively priced when compared to its rivals which makes it a default choice.
