Workhorse that delivers, allows the team to view what they need.
Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
It is used to support client workstations and home computers. We support a variety of non technical and less savvy users. This allows for easy remote access, but allows for peace of mind of each computer owner that their PC is both secure (thanks to the option of ad-hoc password access) as well as continual support to be able to make things right. TeamViewer is priced well and easy to use. It is also used as a VPN alternative for some users/systems.
Pros
- Easy to use by both support staff and customers.
- Has a variety of strong options, including password protection that has useful features.
Cons
- The TeamViewer website could be easier to use.
- Pricing could be better.
- TeamViewer has been widely accepted by my users, and have had zero push back.
- Easy to train and put into service had reduced support and implementation costs.
Ease of use to get up and running. Setup is simple and includes feature that meant the most to me. The flexibility to have challenged and unchallenged access was important for my clients. Simple and straight forward to use, requires little training and documentation to implement and support for staff and customers alike. Have used it in the past to support non tech staff, as well as providing limited remote access to training systems.

TeamViewer Security and Support
I did not purchase the premium plan. The product works so well, I've never had the occasion to really need any support. The product is simple, intuitive, and reliable. Works with well when you need, and easy enough for any staff to use. A great product with very little support needs.
