Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

We have the premium license of TeamViewer and have called support many times throughout the 15 years we have been using TeamViewer. I have never had an instance where support has not helped. They have been able to remote into the computer and visually seen the issue and have helped to resolve it. I am very satisfied with the TeamViewer support team.

Our company has purchased Teamviewer perpetual license and we use it for assisting several of our customers. Teamviewer is one of the best remote supprt application as it is very convenient to use particularly in unattented remote access, file transfers, reconnecting after remote system boot. It also has chat and audio connection feature which makes it a completely standalone desktop sharing utility. It also allows multiple people to connect remotely to the same system and work on it with minimum lag which is not available on all competing applications.

Yes, the premium support is purchased for TeamViewer on yearly subscription basis. The support team is very prompt in their response and very knowledgeable on their product. They always help us to resolve the technical issues faced by any of our users working remotely. the portal is also simple to use when creating any ticket for support request.

No, we didn't pay for premium support because it isn't what we need right now. Since we've been able to work out our worn, we haven't needed any help from TeamViewer so yet. The service is simple to use and doesn't need a lot of effort to understand.

No, we did not purchase premium support as to what our needs are at the moment. We can figure out the issues on our worn, and so far, so good, as we have not yet required any support from TeamViewer. The service is easy to use and not hard to figure out on your own.

We've never had the cause to purchase premium support for TeamViewer. I guess this can be taken as a good sign for us because the product is so good, but we would not be a good source of revenue for the TeamViewer support team. Besides, the online support provided on the TeamViewer website is more than adequate to resolve any initial issues we may have had with the installation and use of the software. We don't foresee we will need to purchase premium support in the future.

We did not purchase Premium support but their standard support is actually quite good. They reply in a timely manner and their responses are always on point and relevant to the question.

We purchased the TeamViewer license after we started using it a lot. The licensed version allowed us to have longer sessions without getting disconnected. This was ideal for server management.

I did not purchase the premium support but I found the standard support to be more then suitable for our needs. The support person was very knowledgeable and provided great technical support. I also found the tech to be very professional and polite. He spoke clearly and was very patient with my questions and provided great examples to help me understand the issue.

Teamviewer has a simpler interface than almost all remote support applications in terms of ease of use. We didn't need to get premium support because there was nothing we could ask for or do. But I know that if we ever need this support, we will get the best quality service.

No, I did not purchase premium support for TeamViewer. First of all, with regards to the testing phase of using TeamViewer, the platform really worked well, and therefore the decision was made not to purchase any kind of premium support option. Instead, support would be per incident. Of the very few instances where I had to reach out to TeamViewer for a support issue, they always have been very responsive and helpful in every case. They will work on an issue until it is complete. In addition, they have listened very well to my specific requests for support and fulfilled the requests to my satisfaction.

I did not purchase premium support. Based on previous experience with the standard support team, and the price of premium support, the cost of premium support did not seem to be justified. Standard support was beyond lackluster with no phone option and only an email/contact form option. More often that not it could take days and sometimes week to hear back from support. On more than one occasion support never responded to an inquiry, and the solution had to be found via other means (i.e. a Google search).

Did not work directly with premium support but have opened 2-3 tickets with TeamViewer support for general needs over the years and each time they were quick to respond and helped with my issue. It is safe to assume the premium support is even better at resolving problems and account issues.

Our organization utilized premium support with our licensing which included a support ticket system as well as over the phone support. Their ticket turnaround time was very timely based on the severity level and phone supper was generally available with differing wait times depending of course. Our issues were mostly based around resolution differences between two systems and how to configure for the best viewing experience and sometimes realizing our versions were mismatched.
