Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We used TeamViewer to remote into our customers servers to trouble shoot technical issues. It's important that we have a secure and reliable connection because we are dealing with sensitive health data.
Pros
- Secure connection.
Cons
- It's not as simple or straightforward for small team of users.
- Customer support is poor.
- Business practices are poor.
- It worked well for us for the first year, but they automatically renew your subscription with no notice. It's an annual subscription, and we did not think it was the best tool for us and we were looking to switch. So the second year we had to pay $600 for the tool even though we had switched.
