Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
Team viewer allows our IT department to remotely connect to staff computers to do all sort of updates and installations, as well as to support users who might experience some odd behavior on their systems. This has really become a key feature since the pandemic and most if not all of the employees working from home remotely.
- File Transfer.
- Remote assistance.
- Meetings - not as rich as other solutions
- Instant access to computers, staff and customers.
- Cut on IT traveling expenses to support users.
For medium to large organizations [that have] the ability to use [...] more "Monitoring and Asset Management module." [For me], [this is] a great feature [because] you can [...] proactively opt for the EndPoint protection module to protect your devices from malware attacks.
