Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We are using TeamViewer as ultimate method to remote into users whenever needed. In this scenario TeamViewer is very competitive and offers a range of features that many other programs don't. Plus, I'm able to connect 100% of the time to the remote machine, where while using other pieces of software I am not.

- Ability to transfer files between you and the machine you are remoting into.
- Quality/performance while remoting into a device playing videos or running games
- Maybe allow an option to make VPN necessary for companies that want it to be like that
- Sometimes I can't access devices that are asleep, despite having that feature enabled
- Saved time to the company by allowing IT to remote into users device instead of walking to their desks

- ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
Many times while using ConnectWise Control I can't find users laptops, the user has to reboot a few times or restart services which can be a tough task if the user is not very tech savy. TeamViewer's connection using ID and password makes it easy and comfortable to the user to establish a session and have us help them.
