Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

TeamViewer is the software that we have been able to implement best in our remote computer management, as we have focused on using it to carry out all the complex operations that a maintenance session takes only remotely, either through some kind of function for augmented reality that allows us to work without having to stay connected to the Internet through video recordings or some of its synchronization tools to work with multiple computers at once. Given this, we can say that TeamViewer has an excellent technology to connect remotely and to manage all maintenance sessions separately through reports and more. It has so many modalities for the number of people that can be reached that basically serves for all types of meetings. What we like about this is that it does not influence the type of device being used, since it is just as comfortable to work from computers as from cell phones, and the quality of the work is not affected at any time. It allows the reservation of meeting rooms in case you want to hold a private meeting in which only a certain number of places are granted entry. The quality of security that TeamViewer offers is so high that there is no need to worry about intruders during the execution of maintenance meetings with customers, so you can address all kinds of topics without worrying about the number of people who are inside the session.
  • TeamViewer maintains a highly stable quality as far as video is concerned, as this is not lost even if the connection is poor, even if the image may freeze. This quality is generally in HD 4k depending on the platform's previous settings, or in any case, by default by the service.
  • TeamViewer organizes the maintenance sessions so well that it is not really necessary to separate them in order to work on any of them specifically. This is very useful if you need to quickly get the file within a single session and sessions of other categories are involved.
  • TeamViewer maintains a good catalog of templates for maintenance sessions, which would be useful in case you do not have enough knowledge in running the service, as these templates, despite being relatively limiting simple, meet the necessary features to cover a stable maintenance.
  • Teamviewer provides a unique customer service among remote maintenance service development companies, with quick solutions that make our maintenance work not only as optimized as possible, but also as technically interesting as possible, presenting us with new ways of working within the platform that we were not previously familiar with.
  • Using teamviewer's configuration options has been one of the most comfortable activities of our entire work management, because with the entire structure that keeps the software running, we can easily compensate for all incidents that occur during maintenance sessions and make sure that they do not happen again in the future.
  • The software lacks many tools to control the versions of documents you work with during each session, either to review them in case you have lost some information in a past version and need to recover it, or to review changes to create comparisons between one version and another one.
  • The service does not handle contacts either, so you generally have to communicate with them from another platform even though it is in TeamViewer where the maintenance will take place and you have to waste more time even if you are urgent to start the work session.
  • TeamViewer does not have a calendar tool that allows you to make notes about the dates on which maintenance will be performed, or at least to record the dates so as not to cause confusion or organizational errors once the dates are approaching and you have forgotten these dates.
  • The ROI demonstrated by teamviewer has been quite high compared to the ROI results prior to its use, which only increased the amount of payments provided by the clientele by up to 200%.

In reality, the most feasible way to work with a service like TeamViewer is to use it in the IT area, given its nature. In this sense, you can take advantage of the tools for managing audiovisual material in various ways, so that the client feels sufficiently familiar with the service and with our presence as technicians. It can also be used to conduct private chats, since it is still basically a service for video calls, even though its main focus of use is something else. In the best case, TeamViewer could be exploited as a platform for streaming the presentations that take place in Cape Town within it, mostly those of shared screens that require greater merging.
