TeamViewer is a great tool to provide secure sharing of your desktop for remote support that may not otherwise have access into your business network. Combines remote access and online meetings together.

SolarWinds Dameware Remote Support (DRS), SolarWinds Dameware Remote Everywhere (DRE), GoToAssist Remote Support
It is well suited for use with remote vendors or remote locations, almost providing something like a remote desktop experience over the internet but it works flawlessly. No lagging. This would be less appropriate for places that are high security and could cause vulnerability alerts to be triggered.
