Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

It's currently used by the whole organization and helps to support end users in addressing issues.
  • Remote access to fix issues.
  • File transfer.
  • Monitoring and alerts.
  • Setup size is huge, more than 20 MB.
  • Agentless model for deployment.
  • UI interface.
  • Costly services.
  • Time to enroll on multiple environment.
Cost was major concern and the security of software matters how the data is getting treated.
