Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
I manage about 15 servers and 85 workstations.
Servers are in 2 different locations.
In times before TeamViewer I had to drive to the other location very often sometimes in the middle of the night.
Now I can do almost everything from my office or even from my home.
In our company 3 other people use TeamViewer.

- I can manage my computers from all over the world, need only computer with internet and browser.
- I can send/receive files to/from my computers.
- It's very easy to manage users.
- In case of emergency I can help my friends who don't need to have installed TeamViewer.
- I manage some virtual machines. I don't know why they often change the TeamViewer ID. This is very uncomfortable.
- I do not lose my expensive time for moving to my computers.
- In case of issue I can resolve it very quick in most cases.
I really don't know which of them is better, but I prefer TeamViewer because of experience.

It's really easy to implement on Windows devices. I did not try to implement on others.
