Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

I use TeamViewer to assist other users on their computers that are remote and in the office. I am working with them regarding the installation of software, issues with their operating systems and programs, updating Windows, and instructing users on how to use software programs.

We are currently using LogMeIn Rescue now, whereas we were using TeamViewer. Our company changed due to Multi-factor authentication and more secure performance. To tell you the truth, I like all of the remote desktop support assistance apps to help others equally as far as performance. For security reasons, I prefer LogMeIn Rescue.

Fast remote support, almost no delay between computers. Transfer files speed, almost the same as my ISP. The ability to chat/video call between the user and IT member is great, even more, when the phone system is not working. Scheduling meetings with video and phone support. Sharing a desktop for meetings. Using local equipment to print while in a remote session. Showing others what is happening on their screen.

Now with these COVID 19 restrictions and quarantine, we have to use
TeamViewer 10x more than we've used to. It's completely helpful and
recommended. It makes our job (IT Team) way easier and faster. People
got used to it and they also like this way of getting Tech Support. Accessing Admin user, sometimes it's troubling, maybe having a place
where you can define the admin username/password would be great along with
