Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
As most organizations nowadays in 2023 / 2024, most employees work from home. Therefor, our organization needs a way to support employees from anywhere in the world, and in a quickly and secure manner. That is to fix issues with laptops, install new software, etc. So far, we never found any better solution than TeamViewer to do the job.

- Connect to more than one person
- Allows our organization to hire everywhere in the world and still be able to provide support easily
- Even for local employees, it saves travel time and trouble to get a laptop checked
Since it takes only a few moments between a support request and when the support actually connects to our laptops to fix something from the distance, it saves a lot of time. And therfore, it saves money.
I've never used any other tool. In the end TeamViewer is the market leader and has a very good reputation and I have never looked elsewhere.

Having those security features are definitely a must in today's industry, as we are constantly threatened by malicious parties. As a TeamViewer user, I have never felt insecure about using it and that definitely helps the business to thrives with the new Work from home context.
