Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
During the pandemic, TeamViewer was just a great option for our organization for remote control access of team and server. So, that we can easily solve technical problems. We have used multiple functions that allow us to share the screen to show the client user the updates that are being made and in general it operates as if we were operating the computer in person. This was the best advantage for us.

Two-factor authentication provides the most secure way to connect remotely and makes it very convenient to use it. Besides this, we haven't taken advantage of all the other features.
