We use TeamViewerin our company to solve many problems related to remote
access. Our team is constantly in move and there are times when we need
to remote into our PC's and other devices located on various locations.
TeamViewer is best reliable to remote in to fix some issues and had to
do it in real time. All our troubleshooting and issue resolution for
remote locations are done using TeamViewer.

By using TeamViewer we have seen a big reduction in cost to travel to the locations since its easy to remote in and fix the issues.
AnyDesk is good if you use only Windows machine, but since we use a hybrid OS environment we find TeamViewer works well as it is super easy to setup and deploy the tool on any machines. We also like the way TeamViewer works. Also with Microsoft Teams, it is not that easy to take control.

I would say 9 since the implementation was super easy for our new systems but was had for the legacy systems. I would say TeamViewer works well and is easy to control the newer PC's and other systems but it is difficult to control the old ones. Also since there is updates coming very often its really hard to push the updates in all machines.
Yes, We used the SSO feature and we made it compatible with HIPAA
through TeamViewe. I would really like the way this application works
and makes our life easier. Also aligning our security practices with the
highest levels of data protection and regulatory requirements.
