Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

In this world of remote work we use TeamViewer to be able to help others fix problems they may have on their computer. For example if a user is having issues with their email, we are able to take control of their laptop and get into the settings to see if there is a bigger issue. This allows IT to solve problems without having to bring a computer to the office which could be hours away for some people, even more for others!

We have used these to keep our business safe
When there is a problem with a persons vpn app. Once I was unable to download and access the VPN. This is a 100 percent necessary need for my daily work. I was able to get on TeamViewer with a member of the IT team and get the problem solved swiftly and efficiently so I could get back to work.
