Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

We use TeamViewer to conduct meetings , provide quick support to different team members and clients
It is the fastest and most convenient way of providing support to business

Pros

  • It gives the best remote connectivity or screen sharing option with control... I use it cross platform as well as in all my windows devices.
  • It has good support for vpn driver and connectivity, I use it sometimes , not frequently but it is also helpful whenever needed
  • File Transfer, I absolutely love this feature... it has saved my life many times.. I have used it over globe and different part of world to transfer files

Cons

  • File transfer speed can be improved a little, it is sometimes very slow even on faster internet
  • VPN driver can be smooth and provide full flesh VPN setup with all devices...
  • TeamViewer has helped us in providing support to our clients as well, this has helped us in making good profits whenever used
  • Because of its reasonable cost and free for private use nature, it is awesome to use and provide huge ROI if used commercially

It is very easy to install and implement, I use it both commercially as well as free for use feature personally, it gets implemented very easily and with very little effort anyone can use it.
We generally use two factor authentication to make secure connections from TeamViewer
TeamViewer is best suited when anyone needs to connect to multiple devices and control unattended from one single device... I use my tablet to control all my Windows and Android devices, I use it unattended due to its security
I have also supported my colleagues over TeamViewer to solve their tech-related issues
