Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
TeamViewer provides quick and easy remote access to our company's computers. It provides an easy way to offer remote support for end users or giving an external partner temporally access to a system. It is a well known tool in the IT world, so the chances that an external partner knows about it or has it already in use are high.
- Quick and easy access to remote clients or servers
- Prompt for user's consent or direct access
- Well known tool in the IT world
- The once very simple and straight forward UI is getting more and more cluttered
- Licensing not very transparent - perpetual does not mean it will always work
- Access is per default not restricted to internal IT, a user could let anyone access his company pc
- Allows remote support no matter where it is located
- Enables our IT help desk to operate world wide
