Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

I still feel that updates from a local central server would be nice.
We use TeamViewer for support of desktop / laptop computers both on site and remote.

Pros

  • Windows updates
  • teaching / showing customer process..
  • logging in a admin

Cons

  • the updates are not always easy or straightforward.
  • 2fa with share codes would be awesome..
  • road map of product updates
  • less downtime for users
  • able to monitor drive space.
  • remote when that is the only option

we have not, do you support MFA?
I use it for support, but unattended access is useful for some servers.
