TeamViewer is used in my organization mainly for remote support and collaboration. The main buisness problems it helped me in solving are virtual meeting, presentation, secure document access and authorization. The scope of my use case is mainly revolves around remote work and collaboration and allowing members of to collaborate in real time.

- ensuring secure access to specific documents to authorized memebers only.
- Resolving techincal issues remotely.
- Performance issues in low-bandwith situation / slow-internet connections

- Absense of offline functionalaity to work offline
- Missing customization options for users per their needs and interface

Remote collaborative capability is much better in TeamViewer as oppose to competition and fast connection makes TeamViewer as better choice

By implementing better SOC2 Trust Service criteria, access control and appropriately confirming encryption features; helped better use of the tool. It also helped in developing incident response plan mitigating security incidents.
