Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

We usually use TeamViewer to view other employee's screen and usually to fix Technical issues. Getting access to employees computer to see what tech issues they are facing and fix them without the physical PC is the problem TeamViewer addresses.

Pros

  • Its respond time is very accurate while taking control on someone's screen
  • The resolution is really good quality
  • Its gives good security as the password always changes

Cons

  • No particular improvement needed
  • It is financially very positive as our employees work from home, we don't really need to physically go to their place to fix their PC or any tech issues
I've seen that immediately as the traveling cost was lowered after starting to use TeamViewer.
TeamViewer has better connectivity, it is very rare that a connection is disconnected.

Definitely, two factor authentication has really helped keep our data secure and helped from getting our data compromise. Single signon is also a great feature as no one can use the same sign on at a same time.
TeamViewer is well suited when I need to get access to someone else's PC and also the chat feature is really helpful to chat with the other person while accessing their PC.
