Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

Teamviewer implementation in our organization was done smoothly and within the timeline. Their support team is great and has excellent product knowledge. Installing and configuring Teamviewer in the user's system was very easy.
We are using Teamviewer for remote access in our organization. It enabled us to take remote access of any system instead of visiting their system and resolve system related issues instantly. It also provide us advanced features like unattended access, wake-on-lan, active directory connector, file transfer, chatting, remote printing etc.
