Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
Remotely supporting Suppliers who need access to our customers servers without the use of VPN solutions. TeamViewer enables us to share the screen of specific servers for suppliers who need access to perform maintenance or installation for our customers. We also service end users who can download our personalized quick connect client.
Pros
- Remote viewing Multi monitor setups
- File transfer
- Forwarding of hotkeys
Cons
- Integration for remote desktop so tabbing out of the window does not result in a black screen
- Integration for Console windows for the same reason as above
- Graphics Acceleration
- no travel cost
- easy remote troubleshooting
