Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

I wasn't involved in the selection process. My previous employee had Team Viewer experience. I don't think the outcome would have been any different, but it would have been nice to have this kind of experience. I think this question has a bug because I still have to write a few more words.
We use TeamViewer as part of our support team. It helps people with just a few clicks on many different devices, shares info in a safe environment, and transfers files if needed. Also, the Outlook plugin is very helpful when an appointment has been made. You immediately have access to TeamViewer and all of its capabilities. I think it is very professional when you have a customized executable with our customer logo and text, providing easy access for our customers.

Pros

  • Simplicity
  • Efficiency is high due to the easy access.
  • Secure

Cons

  • Perhaps MFA Security.
  • Nothing i can think of right now.
  • I don't have any numbers, but it saves a lot of traveling time, especially when you have customers all over the country or even the world.

I was unaware of the MFA capabilities. To be honest, we should be using it. We have been using TeamViewer for a few years now, but I'm not one of the TeamViewer administrators. I will address the capabilities as soon as possible so we can provide better security to our customers.
