Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

We use TeamViewer as a way of accessing remote computers of our customers. TeamViewer offers a quick and easy ability to control and manage a remote computer and solve issues without the need of delegating instructions to the person with potential issues. Connections are fast and secure and the application is available on all major platforms.

  • Supports a lot of platforms

Cons

  • The application is prone to crashes
  • Unhelpful error messages
  • Documentation could be better
  • Pricing could be better
  • Cost and time saving on potential travel to clients
  • Increased flexibility
  • Improved customer support
Relatively quickly once the whole system has been up and running.

We urge all employees to setup two factor authentication on their accounts to prevent malicious attacks and identity thefts. Most employees use TeamViewer on multiple devices which is why it is absolutely crucial for their accounts to be secure. We have not explored other security features that TeamViewer currently offers.
TeamViewer is well suited for businesses which have regular contact with its clients or customers. Troubleshooting has never been easier and the need to talk on the phone has been eliminated with TeamViewer's secure connection and painless remote setup. TeamViewer is not suitable for businesses without regular contact with clients.
