The implementation of TeamViewer took more than 7 days because for installing and understanding each and every step one by one for a new user was really difficult task and that's why we needed to look into its user manual and contract to its support team every time we faced any challenge regarding the installation, that why there should be a video session in which their support team can give a brief about the installation of the application in much easier way.

Most of our employees working from different locations all over the country and this platform helps us in connecting with each other, also it provides technical support to our customers or any of our team members if any of them get into any kind of trouble like CRM, bills, technical issues, glitches or bugs, etc related to our business or our car detailing services.

The cost of this tool is on the higher side and that's why small companies will face challenges installing it
Improper internet connection can highly disturb the working of this tool that's why it needs a strong internet connection
