Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
To assist clients hands on - to see what they are seeing - in real time - in their comfort zone - so they can see what I do and not guiding the end user in a blind grey haze and am able to retain the value of personality in the relationship
Pros
- privacy the password change for each session
- print to remote printer with ease
- stays logged in until forced out by choose, power loss, etc
Cons
- when highlighting a numeric box of content, I can't type over, i have to delete the content first then repost
- not user friendly to the computer illiterate invitee who is downloading/installing for the first time
- move the " 2nd monitor option" over to actions not view
- clients are happy that i can efficiently help by logging on in seconds which is priceless
- that your billing is flagged is junk mail
- wish you had a plan per user & not "2 to 5" etc
