Pros

- Integration with our service desk means that remote control becomes one more state of a ticket.
Cons
- TeamViewer normally uses up high bandwidth during screen refresh especially on the ultra-wide monitors.
- From the user interface perspective, it might serve more modern, many thought the features could be better organized.
- Some types of advanced administrative controls are not intuitive at all.
- Specifically IT support became more efficient on the global level, and overall patching during nighttime across zones was made possible.
