Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We use this tool in order to connect with customers at client site with issues on their systems. Mostly Windows machines.
Pros
- remote control
- sound/video/integrated chat function
Cons
- changing interface between versions was a learning curve
- connecting to client with single click is very useful, but less safe.
- missing some MFA options
- remote control is how we do business
- less onsite visits saving money for us and the client
Seems more secure and cost-efficient experience, which is why our company chose to work with TeamViewer instead.
