Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We use Text-Em-All as a way to keep all of the residents in our neighborhood informed of important events and emergencies. It is very convenient to use and a great way to disseminate vital information. We have over 400 residents in our neighborhood who have signed up for the Text-Em-All service.

The Chat feature on the website has been particularly helpful. When I have had problems with the service, I have been able to reach someone fairly quickly via Chat and to get answers to my questions. Text-Em-All has also been good about sending out notices when needed. The changing of numbers (to prevent spamming) has been the only persistent issue.

Text-Em-All works particularly great with getting information out to a large group of people who may have limited association together. It would not seem to be as useful for a group that needs tighter communication on a more frequent basis. We use the service to send out messages about 1-2 times per month and this frequency seems to work well with the pay as you go service. We haven't found anything that works as well for the price.
