Overall Satisfaction with Tipalti
Tipalti has simplified our AP approval process saving time and improving efficiency. Setting up and paying vendors has never been easier. Vendors can select the payment method they prefer and provide W-9 information all within Tipalti. Monthly and year-end reporting is a breeze with the reconciliation and 1099 preparation reports.
- Provides email for automatic scan and upload of invoices.
- Learns and automatically codes invoices.
- Easily allows flexibility of invoice approvals.
- Saves our accounting department time!
- Ability to change the number of and assignment of required approvers for payment approval.
- Simplify process for paying an invoice previously paid but payment was rejected.
- Would be nice to see the originating email of incoming invoices. Occasionally, there are pictures in as invoices to be reviewed with no other information and no way to tell who it was from.
- Simplified the invoice approval process.
- Cut the payment processing time by over half as we only make one transfer to pay many bills in multiple forms.
- Our AP process is much more efficient since implementing Tipalti.
Easily allows us to track the status of an invoice, see where it is in the approval process, and with whom it might be held up. Tipalti automatically sends reminder emails based on the number of days selected to help keep the process moving along. Provides a bill audit for each invoice giving details of each step in the approval process for each approver from start to finish. Tipalti gives us the option of uploading an invoice on the payee's behalf or sending it by email for automatic upload and scanning. Tipalti is a huge time saver for our small accounting department, giving us time to focus on other tasks.
