Overall Satisfaction with Tipalti

We use Tipalti as our AP processing system. Tipalti has been great in streamlining the approval process with their approval emails. The payment batch is process is super user-friendly and they even validated our vendors W9s prior to releasing payment. Some issues did come from the W9 verification process from the vendor's side.

  • Support could be more helpful when it comes to tax validation rejections with new vendors.

  • Implementation was fast and easy
The usability was great, we only used it for local payments, I didn’t use the international payments so can’t speak on that. The payment fees were pretty low so that was great.
Tipalti was more cost-effective than Bill.com. The approval process is much easier with Tipalti as well. I did not implement Bill.com so I can’t speak to that. I do remember OCR in both invoice coding and approval workplace was good.

Great for a company that is looking for an AP structure. The invoice approval is great and super user-friendly. No need for a login or anything just simply approve via email. The payment processing is also pretty seamless. The implementation was super quick and painless as well. The vendor verification did cause some issues, I wouldn’t recommend it for a company with a lot of vendors.
