Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is used to keep people organized and on task. It is used to manage projects. Currently used by one user in hopes of launching across the department.

Pros and Cons

Reminder set to give user backup of areas to be covered when other staff is on vacation or out of the office.
Keeping projects on time with main lists managed in one spot
The referral feature where tasks can be send directly to the Todoist users project list

Organize project list by ranking of importance controlled by user

Return on Investment

It allows me to stay organized and complete tasks on time. This allows me to complete projects on time.
It allows me to manage tasks of my direct reports when they are out of the office and need support, the reminder feature is awesome at supporting this role.

Support Rating

The one time I had a question about a feature it was answered promptly. The app is so easy to use and works well that there isn't a lot of need for support.
