Overall Satisfaction with TOPdesk
At the moment we use TOPdesk for our IT-servicedesk. Our collegae’s can ask us to help them with their problems.
20 - IT service management, IT Application management are the functions whom use the application. All the co-workers in the organisation are able to consult TOPdesk for the library. In this library the can find self guide instructions so that they can manage their own issues when working in the systems we use.

- See what other collegae’s have searched for
- Because there are so much functions jou can lose yourself in the possibilities
- The first responses to the self service portal is very good
- IT-service management is in control
