Overall Satisfaction with Totango

We use it in the Customer Success Department and also our sales team has access. It is our main CRM system. We use it to track our customers, and port in usage data from our software platform. The usage data part is essential to us managing our customers successfully! We would be lost without it.

Pros

  • Usage data.
  • Ease of use.
  • Reporting.

Cons

  • Using Totango in multiple tabs.
  • Integrations.
  • Better understanding of when customers health is dropping so we can be proactive!

A lot of the time I feel like the issue is always assumed to be on our end and sometimes we express issues that are not taken into consideration or resolved (using multiple tabs with Totango).
Easy to use just wish there were more integrations.
Totango is great for usage data and very easy to use. It could use some work with integrations and bugs!
