Overall Satisfaction with Trello

We use Trello as part of our training tools to help the training team keep on track with who we are training and where we are in the process. We also use it for operations. We have all our lists in Trello that we use everyday. Using Trello means that anyone who needs to use the list will have access to it on their phone or a company device. It also means that leadership can constantly follow up with the team and ensure that lists are being completed.
  • Operational Lists
  • To Do lists
  • Brainstorming team boards
  • Repeat function
  • Able to see completion of cards in the APP
  • Ability to assign cards to individuals
  • Better organization
  • Improvement on food quality accountability
  • Training accountability
Trello would be best for a team that is sharing lists or information together. It is also amazing for brainstorming and building idea boards with multiple people involved. It would be difficult to use to share documents between people and to chat in real time about progress about the specific documents. You also cannot assign individual items to people, you can only assign a board. So it can be difficult to have a project with various pieces assigned to individual people.
