Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our team uses it to make it easier for us to work on common projects. We like that we're able to set deadlines using it and see who that particular project belongs to. We also like how it organizes every assignments that we currently have from the ones that we've already finished.

Pros and Cons

You can set a pipeline for your projects.
Being able to organize all your tasks.
Color coding of cards according to the priority of each task.

It uses huge internet bandwidth so a stable internet connection is necessary.
Some functionalities like a button that will allow you to bold, underline, cross out letters is not available.

Haven't seen any impact.

I haven't contacted them but some people say that their customer service would be less useful and very difficult to contact and solve the problems in a timely manner and that there are occasions the configuration takes a long time to take them to the board. I would assume these issues are technical ones but so far I haven't encountered any system issues with this software.

I think that the app is very intuitive, easy to use and powerful for all your needs. Of course, if you need it for strong purposes, you need to pay a bit for it, but I think the pricing is very good for all the powerful features the app supports.
