Overall Satisfaction with Trello
In our musical instrument e-commerce business, Trello has helped us fill in so many gaps in communication that would naturally occur during day-to-day operations as well as longer-term projects. Whenever an order comes into our store, we use Trello to create and track the fulfillment of that order, as well as to delegate the responsibility of fulfilling it to someone on the team. We also organize goals and targets for business projects utilizing Trello's great organizational features!
Pros
- Provides a wide variety of labeling and organizational tools, including color-coding, start/end times, and automation of card features.
- Encourages clear communication between an entire team, with the shared board system
- logs all activity in an easily traceable format
Cons
- More options for how to format the boards would be organized in the page
- Since starting with Trello, our business' ability to organize itself and manage projects and day-to-day operations effectively has led to a massive decrease in communication issues for our team.
- Our managing staff is able to quickly delegate and update tasks, which are visible immediately to those who are assigned to them. This means we're spending on average 5 hours less per week on clarifying and communicating priorities, which means we can focus more on helping the business grow!
