Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud
The main purpose of purchasing Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* was to report out to staff daily on news stories we were featured in as well as local and national healthcare news. We also use Cision to spot trends and keep track of our competitors' coverage.

- The program is very easy to use.

- The reports feature is an easy way to prepare and present key information to leadership.
- We are still running into problems with Cision's ability to pull AP stories.
- When viewing a high number of results, such as a six-month coverage period, the sorting functions stop working.

We previously used Vocus and had major issues with their clunky, out-dated platform. The process to modify a search was archaic and required a 30 minute conversation and a week of work on their part before it was changed. Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite) blows Vocus out of the water in their ability to measure broadcast, radio, and social media activity. Nowadays these measures are so important.
