Overall Satisfaction with TrendKite

We are a horizontal team, so it is used upon request by the whole organization. It addresses earned media problems such as share of voice against competitors, top readership, and tagging our agency secured articles.
  • Widgets - provide at-a-glance insights.
  • Key messages - allows us to sift through large amounts of data to determine what articles were on message.
  • Customer support is always prompt and knowledgeable.
  • Boolean is very sensitive.
  • Implementing filters across searches is difficult.
  • Sometimes it pulls in articles that are dead or once contained a link to what is being searched.
Prompt and knowledgeable.
Their interfaces were more streamlined, but we ultimately decided that TrendKite provided the best metrics for our reporting.
Well suited for earned media analysis. Not well suited to social behavior and crisis monitoring.
