Very comprehensive coverage
Timely info: every morning

Cons

French/Canadian coverage could be better
Some websites are too small or not important enough to get even mentioned in the coverage

Alternatives Considered

Meltwater Media Intelligence Platform

Cision (TrendKite)* has a more comprehensive list of media covered and is more user-friendly for me.

My only concern since Day 1: I work in Canada where a third of our media is in French. Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* needs to improve this part of our coverage in Canada to be very useful.
