Overall Satisfaction with Triblio

Triblio is being used as part of our account-based marketing technology stack. It is used throughout our website to enable web personalization based on marketing segments, intent and persona to show the most relevant content for our website visitors. It also has multi-channel account based marketing capabilities as well.

Triblio seemed to offer a more complete ABM platform for our needs. The website personalization was a key factor in our decision to purchase Triblio. Demandbase weighed heavily on display advertisements and surging data.
Their support team was okay and was helpful when we needed them. Initial setup with the team and onboarding took a decent amount of time. Once we were set up additional support was offered but slower.

Triblio's best use is to target companies and personalize your website to specific companies, industries or segments. It works well by combining your paid marketing efforts and website into one platform. It also has integrations with various marketing technology tools that work well with it. The exit-intent pop ups also work well to capture leads who might leave the website.
