Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use TriNet for everything HR related in the USA from new hires to termination. We have already had the opportunity to use TriNet services for both. Their service allows me to concentrate on my responsibilities to grow the business and not be so involved in the daily HR tasks.
- We are assigned specific people who specialize in certain areas that we can reach out to directly. For example, when we went through a termination, our human capital consultant assisted us in the process.
- Issues are tracked with case numbers and followed through until resolution.
- Passport platform is relatively easy to navigate and choosing benefits or changing information is painless.
- Issues sometimes takes a long time to resolve for what appear to be simple answers.
- Although we would have liked to implement TriNet Expense, all the functionalities we were looking for were not available and had to go to another company for this feature.
- It's a little too early to say at this point but in terms of hiring new staff, TriNet's robust benefits allows us to be competitive.

No - As far as I'm aware, we don't. I don't know what premium support entails.
I had an employee quit unexpectedly with no notice. Not having gone through a termination process with TriNet, I reached out to my human capital consultant who helped me with next steps and when I couldn't figure out what to input during the termination process within the system, my client services specialist helped me complete the necessary fields page by page. We were able to do this together quickly and the process ended up being quite painless.
