Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Trinet is required by startups with less than 50 employees otherwise, you'll be spending all of your time on admin. benefits, payroll, etc. You have more important things to work on so get Trinet and move on and focus on your core business.
  • Customer Support - any questions and they're available to help ASAP.
  • Payroll
  • Benefits
  • UI could use some improvements.
  • A lot of modules, but the naming convention isn't done as well as it could be.
  • More partnerships & ease of access to those partner benefits.
  • Saved us from hiring a full-time person to manage all of this.
  • Allowed our leadership team to focus on building our core business
