Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We utilize Trinet to handle payroll and benefits. They are our core resource for ensuring a timely delivery of payroll, team management, tax documents . At the same time they have been beneficial in keeping us abreast of developments in the benefit marketplace for a small, private business like ourselves. Lastly, they are very helpful for the onboarding process of new employees.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the benefits marketplace.
  • Ease of usage for managing payroll, providing reminders etc.
  • Excellent in terms of structuring the onboarding process for new employees.
  • At this juncture ( 3 years of usage) I am very content and dont seem to have any commentary for improvement.
  • Biggest ROI is taking a lot of time and effort out of my hands and my ability to rely on them while I focus on my core business. It's easily the equivalent of having several additional employees on board at a fraction of the cost.

Trinet is ideal for the small scale / private business. A fantastic and cost effective tool in our arsenal.
