Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is being used as our payroll processor and for HR support across the entire organization. We are a small startup so we leverage TriNet's expertise to help us in payroll and HR.
  • Very responsive support staff
  • Easy to navigate web site
  • Informative
  • Improved training
  • The TriNet investment has saved us from the need to hire a full-time benefits employee. Given we are a very small company, it's more economical to use TriNet during this phase of the company.
  • paychex
TriNet's support and user experience is much better.
TriNet is well suited for small companies like ours who do not have the support staff of a larger organization to process payroll and deal with many HR related issues.
