Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is used for payroll processing and employment tax filings, human resources and benefits. It allows us to concentrate on our business instead of HR and payroll reporting. TriNet negotiates Fortune 500 benefit packages that we would not be able to obtain affordably as a smaller business.
  • TriNet representatives are responsive, professional and courteous.
  • Payroll processing is straight-forward and easy to use, and reports are easy to read.
  • HR questions are fielded by professionals knowledgeable about HR regulations.
  • Custom reports could be easier to create.
  • TriNet handles HR, benefits, employment tax reporting that we may have otherwise had to hire an additional employee.
When we selected TriNet in 2014, TriNet offered its PEO service including quality benefits at a lower price than we had with Insperity.
TriNet takes care of payroll, benefits and regulatory employment reporting so we can focus on our business. As a small multistate employer, TriNet takes care of multistate reporting and workers compensation.
