Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Trinet allows small business to participate in the health care and HR marketplace like big ones. What do I mean by this? If you are a small employer and try to run a business you will find that there are advantages to to joining a PPO like Trinet. Being a member makes you in affect an employee. This gives you leverage in buying your healthcare which in today's market can be very important. If you want to attract good employees you will need to offer good low cost benefits. The healthcare we buy as being a member of Trinet is much better and much less expensive than what we would get on the open market. We also do not have to have an HR department as Trinet provides HR for us along with its other benefits.

  • They do ask for a large deposit for payroll, which is difficult for a small company

  • Save by not having to do our own payroll
Because trinet had a more robust package than their competition. Thier sales person was very knowledgeable and they were willing to work with a small group.
if you are a small company or medium size company Trinet is a great choice. If you become part of their group you will be provided with access to business functions of a much larger company. You will not need to hire HR or payroll company. Their buying power with insurance is a real plus.
