Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use TriNet across the entire organization. We use it for payroll, benefits, training, expenses and PTO.
Pros
- They manage our payroll & benefits very efficiently.
- Retirement reporting and annual plan compliance.
- Easy new-hire and enrollment.
Cons
- The new employee data input is somewhat difficult with no way to access until the employee starts their first day.
- I'm often unable to run some reports on the weekend, when I am trying to catch-up.
- The biggest impact is employee satisfaction with TriNet. The feel like they are getting big company benefits in a small company environment.
- Managers like the ability to check available PTO, saving them time and effort.
- The HR-Passport portal is liked by all because of its "anonymous interface" for benefits management. Less stressful than dealing with an HR department.
- We are former Insperity customers and we have evaluated ADP TotalSource
We chose TriNet primarily due to their transparency. Their fees and charges are disclosed and traceable. You know what you're paying. The others are constantly burying fees and charges, making it nearly impossible to break-out. We appreciate that cost transparency and value proposition!
