Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
TriNet was implemented by our company effective January 1, 2017 as our HRIS, payroll system & benefits provider for our national workforce. The sales rep was very thorough and went the extra mile to make sure that the system would accommodate our needs and would also be cost-effective. The implementation process was very smooth, the team was very helpful and the system is quite intuitive without the need for hours and hours of training. There is less control than you might have with other systems, without the ability to configure things yourself; this takes some getting used to but in the end, probably keeps the system running more efficiently with less chance of the system users making errors. Post implementation has also been very smooth with the assistance of dedicated HR and system representatives which is a refreshing change to other providers who just give you a 1-800 number and you never get the same person twice! Our sales rep. still is available to assist when we need escalation when an issue might arise. Our support team is quick to respond and extremely helpful. We feel as though we gained team members onto our team as opposed to just using an outside vendor. The TriNet model works very well for our organization and we are quite pleased with the functionality and their support.

- Ability to export into Visio the TriNet Organizational Charts
- Ability to make changes later into the Payroll cycle.
- Ability to customize/configure the system for our Company by giving a skilled User more control in the system.
- TriNet offered our Employees a robust Benefits Package with multiple plan options and costs that we could not obtain as a Small Business with approx. 50 employees; this gave our employees the ability to make the best and most cost effective healthcare decisions for their families.
- The system is easy to use and intuitive; employees and managers eased into the transition to TriNet with no real issues to speak of.
- There are some constraints that take some getting used to in the system if you are a seasoned HR professional that is used to configuring your own HRIS/Payroll system.
- The positives far outweigh any negatives of the TriNet system and we are happy we chose them for our HRIS/Payroll and Benefits.
TriNet's system is similar in many respects to the HRIS and payroll systems offered by the other providers; what sets TriNet apart is the one stop shop for HR; everything is available under one provider with linked system functionality. In addition, most providers give you a 1-800 number for support and you never talk to the same person twice. They rarely assign you with a dedicated resource; TriNet gives you two dedicated resources, one for HR and one for the system. Having dealt with issues in the past with other providers, having dedicated resources is invaluable!
