Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

If I have questions they are able to help but they do not seek out ways to help.
[TriNet is being used] across the entire organization for payroll and benefits administration.

Pros

  • Many options for benefits
  • Easy access to assistance
  • Knowledgeable staff

Cons

  • No ongoing followup; does not seek out additional ways to help after initial set up
  • Computer system limits ability to customize options for employees
  • Is not set up for multiple pay types for each individuals
  • We added for the economy of scale on WC and benefits but have seen service cost rise to the point that the cost difference is no longer a bonus.
  • Well Suited: Companies with mostly all salaried employees.
  • For Companies that work multiple positions at different wages (restaurant settings) Trinet is not suitable.
